London based pop artist Ruby Goe is back with another single. After Badman (see above), her new track SQ1 is another hard hitting tune juggling between the pop and electro genres.
We stumbled upon miss Goe through her early 2012 track Get On It, a fine mash up between wobbly bass-driven electro and Rihanna-esque pop. Fresh, filthy and very danceable. Her latest work SQ1 is a slow dance track, filled with chunky trance synths and dubstep related sounds – don’t be put off by that description, as it’s definitely something different from the dime a dozen. Next to her music, she’s also been making a stir on the fashion circuit for her notable style, as she was picked out and compared to Lady Gaga on Vogue’s online blog.
